The method for computation of rates and service charges established for user charges in §§ 52.095 - 52.101 of this code shall be made available to a user with 10 days of receipt of a written request therefor. Any disagreement over the method used or in the computations thereof shall be remedied by City Administrator within 10 days after notification of a formal written appeal outlining the discrepancies.
