§ 34.17  EMERGENCY OPERATIONS COMMITTEE.
   (A)   The City Council has adopted the city emergency plan.
   (B)   The City Administrator shall serve as Director of the Emergency Operations Committee.
   (C)   The Emergency Operations Committee is hereby created and shall consist of the following members:
      (1)   The Mayor;
      (2)   The City Council;
      (3)   The City Engineer;
      (4)   The City Attorney;
      (5)   The Public Works Director;
      (6)   The City Clerk; and
      (7)   The Assistant to the City Administrator.
