§ 33.53 DUTIES AND POWERS.

   Duties and powers:

   (A)   To develop and recommend policy for operation, maintenance and improvements for Laker Stadium to the City Council;

   (B)   To solicit funds and collect revenues to defray the costs of operation, maintenance and improvements of Laker Stadium;

   (C)   To prepare an annual budget and spend funds according to the budget and the limit of the fund balance as set up by the City Council;

   (D)   To submit all records and recommendations in a timely manner as determined by the city.

   (E)   To implement and exercise all other duties, responsibilities and policies pursuant to the policies set forth by the City Council from time to time.
