§ 33.35 AUTHORITY TO MAKE LIBRARY RULES.

The Library Board shall have the power to make all reasonable rules and regulations governing the use of the library facilities which the City Council may adopt from time to time by ordinance and shall cause the rules and regulations to be posted in the library.
