§ 32.050  WARRANTS; EXECUTION, RECORDS.
   The City Clerk shall, upon the allowance of any account or claim by the City Council, draw a warrant therefor upon the city treasury payable to the order of the claimant, which warrant, when signed by the Mayor and countersigned by the Clerk, shall be paid by the City Treasurer.  The City Clerk shall keep in a suitable book an accurate list of all warrants drawn on the treasury, stating the date, number and amount thereof, and name of the person in whose favor drawn.
