§ 33.43 LOCAL PUBLIC SAFETY INCOME TAX DISTRIBUTION FUND.

The Town Council authorized a new fund to be established for the purpose of receiving and disbursing money associated with the public income tax disbursement and shall be used only for purposes outlined within I.C. 6-3.6 and shall abide by all rules and regulations as prescribed by Indiana Code and State Board of Accounts policy.
