§ 33.42 RESERVE OFFICER FUND.

The Town Council of the town hereby creates a Reserve Officer Fund which shall be a revolving fund, and all monies paid shall be placed in said fund and in no other place. Said monies also shall not revert to the general fund but shall remain in the Reserve Officer Fund. Any money generated from this fund can be used at the discretion of the Chief of Police.
