§ 154.03 ADOPTION OF CHAPTER; RULES AND PROCEDURES.
   The legislative body of the town:
   (A)   May adopt I.C. 36-7-36 by ordinance; and
   (B)   If the legislative body adopts I.C. 36-7-36 by ordinance, shall adopt rules and procedures for its enforcement.
