(A) It shall be a violation of this section for a person to possess and/or consume any alcoholic beverage in a park, building, structure or other real estate owned or leased by the town.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to violate the provisions of this section. Whenever any police officer issues a citation for any violation of the provisions of this section, he or she shall take down the name, address, and/or the operator’s license number, if it applies, and shall issue to the alleged violator in writing, on the form provided by the Town Clerk-Treasurer, a complaint and summons for violation of any provision of this section.
(C) Whoever violates any provision of this section, for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, commits a Class B infraction.
