§ 130.03 POSTING ON UTILITY POLES AND ROAD SIGN POSTS.

(A) It shall be a violation of this section for a person not an employee of the town to post any item, including, but not limited to signs, on any utility pole and/or road sign post owned by the town.

(B) Whoever violates any provision of this section commits a Class C infraction.
