§ 96.14 GRASS CLIPPINGS ON STREETS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any persons owning or occupying property or businesses to blow, sweep, place or deposit any grass clippings and/or shrub clippings, whether generated by households or businesses, in streets or public right-of-way, in and around the town.
