§ 96.13 GOODS AND PERSONAL PROPERTY PROHIBITED ON SIDEWALKS; FAILURE TO COMPLY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, or other entity, or any person in charge or having control of the personal or business property of any firm, corporation, or other entity, to place any goods, wares, merchandise or other personal or business property on any street or sidewalk or alley of the town for exhibit, storage, sale, or for any other purpose. However, this shall not apply to the parking of trucks or automobiles not for sale, nor to any act performed under order of the court.
   (B)   In any instance where personal or business property has or shall remain on any street, sidewalk, or any space between the curb of the street and any sidewalk for a period of 12 hours or more, the same shall be unlawful, and any member of the Town Police shall have the authority to remove the personal property without first giving notice to the owner or owners, and the owner of the personal property shall not be entitled to the possession of the same until the penalties assessed pursuant to § 96.99 have been paid in full.
