§ 95.06 NOTICE OF ISSUANCE.
   Immediately upon the issuance of a parade permit, the Clerk-Treasurer shall send a copy thereof to the following:
   (A)   The President of the Town Council;
   (B)   The Superintendent of the Paoli Street Department;
   (C)   The Chief of Police;
   (D)   The Fire Chief; and
   (E)   The Indiana Department of Transportation.
