Upon the payment of $400 for a lot, or $100 for a plot, the Town Council shall have a “cemetery deed” prepared for the cemetery real estate and does authorize the President of the Town Council to sign the deeds and the Clerk Treasurer to attest the deeds, without further action by the Council until such time as a change in price structure may be deemed appropriate by the Council.
