   (B)   Penalty. Any violation of this schedule may result in an ordinance violation being issued against the driver of the vehicle with a fine issued in the amount of $50. The fine shall be payable at the Paoli Police Department within 30 days in full satisfaction of the assessed penalty. In the event that such payment is not made within the period prescribed, and, at the discretion of the Police Chief and the Town Attorney, proceedings may be filed in the county court of competent jurisdiction. If found in violation of this traffic schedule, the violator shall be responsible for the $50 fine, court costs, interest, and attorney fees, if applicable.

   (C)   Traffic Enforcement Fund. Establisment; function. The Town Council of the Town of Paoli hereby creates a Traffic Enforcement Fund which shall be a revolving fund, and all monies paid shall be placed in the fund and in no other place. The monies also shall not revert to the General Fund but shall remain in the Traffic Enforcement Fund. Any money generated from this fund can be used at the discretion of the Chief of Police.
