Any person, persons, firm or corporation causing or violation any of the provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for the first violation. Second and subsequent violations will result in a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $200. In the event of a continuing or maintaining of a violation of any section of this chapter, any person, firm or corporation causing or maintaining said nuisance shall upon conviction, be fined in a sum not less than $500. Each day’s operation or maintaining of the nuisance or any part thereof shall be a separate violation.
