§ 70.03 SKATEBOARD USE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   As used in this section, SKATEBOARD shall be defined as a piece of board or other material to which roller skate wheels are attached.
   (B)   To protect the citizens of and visitors to the town, the use of a skateboard is prohibited upon the public streets, alleys and sidewalks within the town.
