§ 51.36 DISCHARGE OF SEWAGE AND SLUDGE PROHIBITED.

(A) The treatment, storage, disposal, and/or land application of sewage or sewage sludge, and products derived from sewage or sewage sludge, are prohibited in the town.

(B) This section shall not apply to the discharge of sewage or sewage sludge by the town into any facility owned and/or operated by the town for the disposal of septage generated within the town.
