§ 36.07 PENALTIES AND ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS FILED WITH THE ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS BUREAU.

   (A)   The penalties prescribed in § 36.04 shall only apply when an alleged violator elects to admit an ordinance violation and pays the prescribed fine to the Ordinance Violations Clerk. § 36.04 shall not amend or supersede any other penalty sections of the Town Code of the Town of Paoli.

   (B)   If the alleged violator elects not to admit an ordinance violation, the Town shall have the right to bring suit against the alleged violator seeking fines and costs greater than those permitted under § 36.04, which are otherwise authorized by the Town Code of the Town of Paoli.
