The Village Clerk shall provide any telecommunications carrier subject to the surcharge described in Section 1066.03 with a certified list of those network connections assigned to the Village that are exempt from the imposition of the surcharge. The certified list may be revised by the Village upon sixty days prior written notice provided to the telecommunications carrier.
