1496.03 APPLICATION AND HEARING.
   A procedure to withdraw a landmark designation shall be initiated by filing an application with the Village Manager in accordance with Section 1494.02; provided, however, that the application shall include a written explanation of the reasons for withdrawal as allowed by Section 1496.02. After the filing of a completed application, notice shall be given and a public hearing shall be held in accordance with Chapter 1490.
