Open house signs shall be permitted upon the following conditions:
(a) Not more than three signs shall be permitted, and the signs shall be primarily directional in nature.
(b) Such signage shall be subject to the size and height restrictions provided in Section 1480.14(b).
(c) Such signs shall be permitted to be placed only during the hours of the open house, and in no event shall signs be left up after dusk or for more than eight hours.
