1022.05 LIABILITY BOND REQUIRED.

A person excavating, tunneling or making an open cut in any street or right of way in the Village shall post a ten thousand dollar ($10,000) bond to guarantee proper restoration of the street. The bond shall be for the term of the construction and for one year after completion of construction.
