(a) The fuel tank of a motor vehicle shall not be serviced until the motor and ignition thereof has been shut off.
(b) The premises of the automobile service station must be kept neat and clean and free from rubbish and trash.
(c) Cleaning with gasoline, naphtha or other highly flammable Class I and II liquids is not permitted in or around an automobile service station.
(d) Underground tanks which develop leaks or which are permanently discontinued from service shall be removed promptly or shall be filled with sand. Such sand shall be flushed with water until a complete sand fill is secured.
