As used in this chapter, "automobile service station" means a place of business where gasoline or any highly volatile fuel for motor vehicles or internal combustion engines is sold or offered for sale at retail and dispensed into the fuel tanks of such motor vehicles, and where tires, batteries and accessories for motor vehicles may also be sold.
