(a) The commercial establishments and service activities enumerated in this section shall not be construed to be all inclusive, and all other commercial establishments, businesses and service activities not specifically enumerated herein shall pay a minimum yearly regulatory fee of seventy dollars ($70.00), except contractors, which shall pay a registration fee as provided in Section 804.17.
(b) The commercial and service activities listed in this section may or may not have their principal place of business located within the Village. The fee schedule may be based on factors other than area (square footage) of the business establishment. The requirements of bond and insurance shall be addressed on an individual basis.

(d) When more than one type of business is conducted by the same owner at the same address, the fee shall be the combination of the principal business fee and half the fee for each of the other businesses.
(e) The Village shall have the right of access to any licensed premises during usual business hours for the purpose of inspection for sanitation and fire protection.
(f) Payment of the license fee does not constitute a permit to operate a business establishment in any territory not zoned for it nor is it a guarantee that an exemption will be made.
(g) The license term shall correspond with the calendar year, with license fees being due, relative to the renewal of a license, on or before January 1 of each year.
(h) As to any business activity in relation to which the Village is pre-empted by State law in the area of licensing, because the State licenses said business activity, or where State law requires the Village to recognize a license issued by another municipality, said business shall be required to provide the Village with a copy of its State (or other municipality) licensing documentation, as well as proof of any required insurance or bonds.
