(a) No person shall park a motor vehicle on private property without the consent of the owner of the property.
(b) No person shall park or store a commercial vehicle, not including recreational vehicles as defined in Section 480.10 (a), upon residential property between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. of the next day, unless the vehicle is completely enclosed in a garage or other accessory building located on such property.
