480.10 RECREATIONAL VEHICLES.
   (a)   Defined. As used in this section, "recreational vehicle" means and includes a boat mounted on a trailer, a camp trailer, a travel trailer or any trailer unit built or mounted on a vehicle or chassis, without a permanent foundation, which may be legally driven or towed on a highway.

   (b)   Parking on Private Property. The owner of a recreational vehicle may park or store such vehicle on private residential property in the Village subject to the following conditions:
      (1)   Not more than one recreational vehicle and one boat shall be stored on any one residential lot.
      (2)   At no time shall such parked or stored recreational vehicle be regularly occupied or used for living, sleeping or housekeeping purposes.
      (3)   If a recreational vehicle is parked or stored outside of a garage or building, it shall be parked or stored to the rear of the front building line of the lot and parallel to but not more than three feet from any garage or building.
      (4)   Notwithstanding paragraph (b)(3) hereof, a recreational vehicle may be parked temporarily anywhere on private residential property for loading or unloading purposes.
