The fee to be paid to the Department of Accounts and Finances for re-issuance of a license, issued under this chapter, not involving a reclassification of the motor vehicle being licensed, because the original license was lost, stolen, or destroyed, or because a new vehicle of the same classification has been purchased, shall be five dollars ($5.00). If the reissuance is a result of a reclassification of the motor vehicle being licensed, the license fee set forth in Section 462.04 shall be paid.
