§ 155.04 DENSITY.

The standard laboratory density shall be the maximum density determined in accordance with AASHTOT-99. The density of the compacted fill will be determined by the city engineer. Any fees or changes made by the engineer shall be paid for by the person or company engaged in the fill operation.
