(A) The subdivider shall have the working drawings and specifications for improvements prepared by a registered professional engineer.
(B) All working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates shall be checked by the city engineer or by a consulting firm duly retained by the city. The subdivider shall reimburse the city for checking working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates in accordance with § 152.115.
(C) Working drawings and specifications shall be in strict accordance with city standards and requirements and shall be subject to written approval by the city engineer.
