After approval of the preliminary layout by the plan commission, and fulfillment of the required conditions, the subdivider shall apply in writing to the chairman of the plan commission for approval of a final plat (subdivision) plan. The final plat shall conform substantially to the preliminary layout given conditional approval. The application shall be in duplicate and shall be accompanied by the original inked plat on tracing cloth or vellum, one reproducible and ten prints. Specifications for the plat and for other documents to accompany the application are given in §§ 152.120 through 152.125 of this chapter. The final plat will not be considered as submitted unless in agreement with specifications and accompanied by the required documents.
