§ 152.120 PRELIMINARY LAYOUT.
   The preliminary layout tracings shall be submitted rolled in a mailing tube, and prints shall be submitted folded to 9 inches by 12 inches. The drawing shall be to a scale of not smaller than one inch to 100 feet. The preliminary layout shall contain the following information:
   (A)   Name of the subdivision.
   (B)   Legal description of the location.
   (C)   Scale of the layout or plat.
   (D)   Date of preparation.
   (E)   Statement of whether the North point is true or magnetic and whether bearings shown on the plat are true or magnetic.
   (F)   Boundary lines of the subdivision with length and bearing of lines.
   (G)   Relationship of the subdivision to section and half-section lines and to any adjacent city boundary lines, and the distances and bearings to nearest official monuments.
   (H)   The location, widths, and names of streets or other public ways, easements, or railroad and utility rights-of-way, both within the subdivision and adjacent to or leading into the subdivision.
   (I)   Existing and proposed center line profile of each street and alley.
   (J)   Typical cross-sections of the streets together with an indication of the direction of the proposed storm water runoff from streets, lots, and blocks.
   (K)   Proposed methods of providing for storm water, sanitary sewage, and water.
   (L)   Location of the land intended to be dedicated to the public use or reserved in the deeds for the use of all property owners in the subdivision.
   (M)   Numbers and dimensions of lots and blocks.
   (N)   Minimum front and side setback lines.
   (O)   Location of watercourses and other important features. Indicate flood levels of watercourses.
   (P)   A layout, including necessary easement areas, of an adequate system of street lighting for public streets.
   (Q)   Contours, with intervals of 2 feet or less, referred to the City of Chicago, Illinois datum.
   (R)   Name and address of the owner and subdivider, and the name of the designer of the preliminary layout.
   (S)   The names of subdivisions immediately adjacent and the names of the owners of record of adjacent unsubdivided tracts.
   (T)   An outline of the proposed protective covenants.
   (U)   Existing permanent buildings or structures within or adjacent to the tract.
   (V)   Where the preliminary layout covers only a part of the subdivider's entire holding, a sketch of the prospective street system of the unsubmitted part shall be furnished; and the street system of the submitted part will be considered in the light of adjustments and connections with the street system of the part not submitted.
   (W)   If the informal consideration indicates that the subdivision is a portion of a unit area for development on the official plan, the preliminary layout shall include a small scale study of the unit area.
