§ 150.43 PERMIT REQUIRED WHEN PUBLIC PROPERTY TO BE ALTERED OR DESTROYED BY OWNER.
   Where damage or nuisance to public property or public improvement as defined in this chapter is a necessary element in the construction, expansion, alteration, moving, or demolishing operation contemplated by the owner, he shall first apply or cause his agent to apply to the building commissioner or to a delegated representative of the mayor for permission to disturb public property or improvements. The application shall be in the form and by the procedure described in §§ 150.40 through 150.49 and other ordinances of the city, and shall be accompanied by the permit fees and sureties prescribed by §§ 150.40 through 150.49 and other ordinances.
