§ 121.01 CLASS 7a, 7b AND 7c REQUEST AND FORM OF APPLICATION.

   (A)   The owner of property within the corporate boundaries of the City of Palos Heights may request a resolution from the city requesting the County of Cook to grant a real estate tax assessment classification of 7a, 7b or 7c.

   (B)   The applicant shall make application on a form approved by the City Council, which shall identify the specific property and project, and include information required in §§ 121.02, 121.03 and 121.04.
