(A) Any applicant seeking a Class 7a or Class 7b resolution from the city shall submit with its application a fee in accordance with the following schedule:

(B) Any applicant seeking a Class 7c resolution from the city shall submit with its application a fee in accordance with the following schedule:

(C) In addition to the application fee, the applicant shall be responsible for any and all costs the city incurred in connection with the review of the application, including, and not limited to legal, financial advisory, engineering, and surveying fees.
