§ 118.05 CREATING NOISE TO ATTRACT CROWDS PROHIBITED.

No bellman or crier, nor any musical instrument, nor any show signal or means of attracting the attention of the public, other than a sign or flag, shall be employed, suffered or permitted to be used at or near the place of an auction sale.
