§ 115.04 LICENSE REVOCATION.
   (A)   In addition to any penalty imposed under other sections of this chapter, the license or registration of any person, firm, or corporation engaged in any building trade businesses, as enumerated in § 115.01, in violation of the provisions of this chapter or any ordinance or regulation, may be suspended or revoked by the Mayor after a hearing in which the licensed or registered person, firm, or corporation shall have the opportunity to be heard and to bring in witnesses and evidence in his or her own defense.
   (B)   All orders of the Mayor suspending or revoking licenses or registrations shall be signed, and shall be subject to judicial review pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Review Act, approved May 8, 1945, and all amendments and modifications thereto.
   (C)   The Mayor may deny the issuance of a subsequent license or registration for a period of one year from the date of revocation.
