Filter residues and other residues containing solvent shall be stored and disposed of so as not to create a health hazard or nuisance. It shall be unlawful to permit any residue containing solvent to flow into the sewer system of the city. Tightly covered metal containers may be used for temporary storage of the waste outside the building. The containers shall bear labels indicating the contents and dangers involved in handling and shall be locked if in an unenclosed place.
