§ 112.31 SOLVENT STORAGE.
   Bulk solvent used in automatic dry-cleaning establishments shall be stored in tightly closed containers and should be transferred from the containers by means of a closed system. All storage facilities for solvent shall be external from the equipment and shall be adequately and properly labeled.
