All combustion air for gas, oil, or other heating equipment in automatic dry-cleaning establishments shall be obtained from the outside atmosphere or from areas that are not interconnected with rooms in which dry-cleaning machines are installed. The concentration of solvent vapor in combustion air shall not exceed 5 parts per million.
