There shall be a minimum flow rate of air from the customer area through the partition of all automatic dry-cleaning machines as follows: 2 cubic feet per minute per square foot of sales area. Exhaust ventilation shall be provided on a continuous basis while the store is open for business. Fan wiring shall be such that the dry-cleaning equipment cannot be operated unless the fan system is in operation.
