§ 112.13 CLEANED CLOTHES TO HAVE NO ODOR; CYCLE TO BE COMPLETE IN ONE MACHINE.
   The cleaning cycle controls of all automatic dry-cleaning machines shall be such that there will be no appreciable odor of solvent retained in the cleaned items upon completion of the normal dry-cleaning cycle, and the entire cycle shall be self-contained and completed in one machine. In the case of attendant-operated units, the term MACHINE shall mean the complete unit containing cleaning and drying sub-units, whether or not these are separated within the confines of the machine.
