§ 110.26 COMMERCIAL OCCUPANCY PERMIT.
   (A)   Commercial occupancy permit required. A commercial occupancy permit shall be required for any new commercial, food or service establishment prior to occupancy and prior to issuance of any business license as required by §§ 110.05 through 110.25.
   (B)   Application. An application for a commercial occupancy permit shall be obtained from the city building department and submitted to the building commissioner. Each application shall state the name, address, phone number of the owner of the real estate, and the name, address, and phone number of the intended occupant of the premises. Each application shall contain such additional information as may be needed for the proper guidance of city officials in the issuance of a commercial occupancy permit.
   (C)   Upon receipt of a completed application, the city shall conduct an investigation of the premises to determine if the premises can be occupied for its intended purposes.
   (D)   The applicant shall pay a fee of $150 to the city at the time the application is submitted to the city.
