(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to engage in the business of a commercial establishment, business or commercial enterprise or activities as herein enumerated, as otherwise provided herein without having first obtained a license therefor.
(B) No person shall sell or offer for sale at retail, give away or deliver, or keep with the intention of selling at retail, giving away or delivering, tobacco products within the city without having first obtained a tobacco dealer's license therefore pursuant to this chapter. Such license shall be in addition to any other license required by these Codified Ordinances.
