§ 101.37 REMEDIES.

Any person aggrieved in any manner by the violation of any provision of this chapter who has exhausted the remedies provided in §§ 101.33 and 101.34 of this chapter, may apply to any appropriate administrative agency or court of competent jurisdiction for relief from such violation as the law may allow.
