§ 101.34 HEARINGS.
   (A)   Such hearing shall be conducted by the Commission upon due notice to all parties. The Commission shall have power to administer oaths and to take sworn testimony. All parties named in the charge shall be entitled to be represented by counsel and shall have the right to call witnesses on their own behalf and to cross-examine witnesses.
   (B)   Within 30 days after the completion of such hearing, the Commission shall render a written report of that hearing to the City Council. The report shall contain a copy of the charge filed, a summary or transcript of testimony heard and evidence presented, and shall contain the Commission's findings and recommendations as to the disposition of the charges.
