§ 96.28 VIOLATION OF §§ 96.20 THROUGH 96.26.

When the owner or person in control of any property fails to comply with the provisions of §§ 96.20 through 96.26, the health inspector of the city shall immediately serve a written notice upon the owner or person to obtain compliance. The notice shall stipulate the time allowed for full and complete compliance as set forth herein.
