(A) The penalty for failure to obtain and/or display the license hereunder shall subject the person to a fine of not less than $30 and not more than $500 for each violation thereof. Each day any violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
(B) The mayor is authorized to waive any and all penalties under this section based upon a hardship of the license.
