§ 94.07 DRIVEWAYS, PERMIT REQUIRED; APPLICATION; FEE.
   (A)   No driveway shall be constructed in the city when the construction requires the cutting or alteration of any curbing located on public property, unless a permit has been issued for the cutting or alteration and the construction of the driveway. An application for the permit shall be made to the city clerk. The clerk shall issue the permit upon the direction of the director of public services.
   (B)   In the event the city needs to remove or dig up a decorative driveway, the city shall only replace the drive with asphalt or bituminous material. In no event shall the city be responsible for the cost of any decorative driveway material.
